After cycling through our first contractor we were very pleased with the switch to Lighthouse Construction to finish our basement. They came in mid job and didn’t even hesitate. Their bid was reasonable and they worked with us closely to ensure our project would be safe and custom to our needs. Every single member of his team have been so kind, efficient and informative. We are going to miss seeing their friendly faces daily. We can’t thank y’all enough for digging us out of a bad beginning and leaving us with an amazing end result!

We have been very satisfied with all of the work done to repair tornado damage and also some home improvement. The crews have been very professional and friendly, and did a thorough job. The owner, Stuart, has worked patiently with us through the whole process!
Lighthouse construction repaired most of our exterior and interior damage from the tornado last April. They were timely, honest and communicated very well during the process. It was refreshing to work with everyone from Lighthouse. Everyone was so nice and friendly and did such a great job. Could not recommend them enough!
Lighthouse Construction was easily the best decision we could have made for our new construction home. We entered into this project with a specific timeline as we are expecting a baby in August. Stuart’s main goal from the start has been to get us into our home before baby’s arrival, without cutting corners and giving us the highest quality build.

Even with the expected hiccups that come with the construction process such as material delays and price increases, Stuart was able to work with us and adjust our plans to fit our needs.

I highly recommend Lighthouse Construction. We needed a new roof on our home that was built in 1932. Lighthouse was able to take care of us with no problems. Quick work with quality to back it up at a price a young set of newlyweds could afford. The job required extensive removal of both old tin and asphalt shingles with a layer of metal on top of that. Three layers to remove and three chimneys to remove also! They handled that no problem. Admittedly, my wife and I have limited construction knowledge; Stuart with Lighthouse explained the process in ways we could easily understand which gave us great peace of mind. If you go with Lighthouse Construction on any of your projects, I can assure you that you will be well taken care of. Thanks again!

Lighthouse has been professional and timely throughout the whole process of our new house construction. They got the house built within 7 months of breaking ground. Stuart answers every single phone call and goes above and beyond his job. He goes to the site and makes sure everything is exactly how we asked and stays on the subs. Lighthouse has been so easy to work with. My husband and I recently bought a 91 year old home that was renovated before we moved in. This is our first home and there are some modifications/changes we would like to make and Stuart has been so patient and kind as we ask him about the process of doing work here and there. Since we’ve never owned a home or worked with a contractor before, we really didn’t know what to expect and needed someone willing to go at our pace.
Stuart has exceeded all of our expectations!! He is patient and excellent at explaining different options available to us as we choose what projects we want to work on first. He’s upfront about pricing and clear about what it takes to do a job right the first time. He does not cut corners!
Stuart just completed a brand new driveway for us and it is great!! It’s on a hill and we were really unsure of how we wanted it laid out to maximize space and not feel like we were going to roll down the hill every time we got out of the car! Stuart was always available when I had questions and was so accommodating when I asked about different options, designs, prices, and materials. He came by every day that the team was working on the project to make sure it was done correctly and looked great. We are so pleased with the outcome!
